"Paul Bunyan" is a Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) and Widefield Epi-fluorescence microscope.
Detection is with an iXon EMCCD camera.
Babe the Blue Ox
"Babe the Blue Ox" is a TIRF and Widefield microscope. This microscope is set up for laser spot photo bleaching for FRAP and FTR.
Babe also has a stage-top incubator and a stimulator for pacing.
Detection is with an iXon EMCCD camera or Photometrics K4.
